I am Lidija, a registered Nutritional Therapist based in East Sheen. My passion for health and nutrition has always been a part of my life. I work with clients in a 1:1 setting in person or online across London and Richmond upon Thames.
I was born in Serbia and raised in Germany and a happy mother of three children. I love to travel and to experience different cultures and different kinds of food.
When I moved to London, I decided to study Nutritional Therapy at the well-known Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London and successfully completed a three-year Nutritional Therapy Diploma. The three years combined the latest knowledge from the science of nutrition with clinical training.
I am now a trained and fully- registered Nutritional Therapist and a member of BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council).
I truly believe that ‘you are what you eat’ and that food has a big impact on our mental and physical health. I work with clients across South West London, Richmond upon Thames and I also see international clients abroad on a 1:1 basis using the functional medicine approach, to help identify and address the root cause of a condition.
My expertise are gut health, weight management, stress management, hormone health, inflammation and detoxification using a personalised diet plan.
I also work with Summit Wellbeing clinic in East Sheen as the Nutritional Therapist with a team of chiropractors, osteopaths and physiotherapists.
